台灣國際經貿拓展又有新突破！台灣與紐西蘭在今年七月份簽定的「台澎金馬個別關稅領域與紐西蘭經濟合作協定」（ANZTEC），預計在12月1日正式生效。
經濟部表示，ANZTEC將會為台灣每年的GDP增加至少約3億美金，總產值可達新台幣256.26億元。同時增加至少6000人以上的就業機會，對我國整體經濟發展，將帶來相當正面的鼓舞與實質效益。
台灣與紐西蘭政府經過這幾個月的努力，雙方國內皆已完成相關立法與配套作業。經濟部預期，雙方在貿易、服務業、雙向投資、電影電視合製與原住民文化事務的交流，將會是未來合作的主要發展重點。
(International) Taiwan-New Zealand Trade Pact to Become Effective Dec. 1
There has been another breakthrough in Taiwans increase in openness to international trade! The Agreement between New Zealand and the Separate Customs Territory of Taiwan, Penghu and Matsu on Economic Cooperation (ANZTEC) that was signed between Taiwan and New Zealand in July this year is scheduled to take effect on Dec. 1.
According to the Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA), the ANZTEC will enable Taiwan to see an increase of at least US$300 million in its annual GDP, with the figure reaching NT$25.626 billion. At the same time, a minimum of 6000 job opportunities will be created, bringing a fairly positive impact and substantial benefits to the overall development of Taiwans economy.
After months of efforts by the governments of Taiwan and New Zealand, both sides have finally passed the necessary legislation and implemented complementary measures. The MOEA expects future cooperation between the two sides to be centered around trade, the service sector, two-way investment, co-production of movies and television programs and aboriginal cultural exchange.
